To receive the contract rates, the attendees should identify the group as Inside The Fifty room block. All reservations should be made by 08/20/2010. After this date, we will release the remainder of your guest room block. Additional reservation requests will be honored on a space and rate available basis. ***Please Note: At Check In,…if you reserved a Double Bed Room, please remember to inform the Hotel that you want Refrigerator and Microwave in your room. *** RESERVATION PROCEDURE – Online Reservation: Login at Radisson Hotel website: www.radisson.com/dallastx_east Put in your Reservation Dates: Check-In & Check-out dates. On the 2 Search tabs Select “Search More Options” On Promotional Code Section at the bottom of page, enter “OGBUAS”, and click Next. The next screen pulls up your Room Block Information, and this is when the Reservation can be confirmed for what room type,….Select ‘DLX1’, for King Size Bed Room type & ‘SNB1’, for 2-Queen Size Bed Room type. GUARANTEE STATUS - GUARANTEED BY INDIVIDUAL: All guest/attendees will make their own reservations and be responsible for payment of their room, tax and incidentals. Rooms can be guaranteed for late arrival to an individual’s credit card or by advance deposit. A guaranteed room reservation assures a room for your attendees regardless of their arrival time. Any guaranteed reservations not canceled before 6:00 P.M. on the arrival date will be billed to the credit card or against the advance deposit. **CONVENTION Schedule of events** 1.
